Loving Kindness Meditation
Have you ever experienced a Loving Kindness Meditation? Sometimes it's called Metta Meditation and it dates WAY back and just feels so... lovely! The purpose is to open your heart and mind to receiving love from others as well as sending well-wishes and positive energy right back to others in your life. If you haven't tried it, I encourage you to find a comfortable seat and 4 minutes of your day to give this a try! The best part is it's really accessible for those who have a hard time clearing their mind during meditation because the practice has you intentionally thinking and repeating phrases throughout. It's incredibly uplifting and, did I mention, quick to complete?!
